We have access to the whole of the market and are not restricted to a single or limited panel of lenders or insurers. We also have access to many exclusive products which are not normally available on a "direct-to-lender" basis.
The services we provide are based on vast knowledge and practical experience of mortgages and financial planning in the UK. We adhere to the FCA's "Treating Customers Fairly" initiative and are fully protected by Professional Indemnity Insurance, giving you complete peace of mind.

All solicitors' transactions come with a "no completion, no fee" guarantee (subject to terms and conditions), so that if your mortgage falls through for no fault of your own, you would not be charged any fees. You would also receive a full refund of any payments you may have made up-front, including survey fees, searches, lenders arrangement, and booking fees.
